He was raised in Wilmette,
Illinois, attended Loyola Academy, and received his B.S. in Biology
from John Carroll University in Cleveland in 1984. He attended
Rush Medical College in Chicago, receiving his M.D. in 1986 and
completed his internship at St. Francis Hospital, Evanston and
residency at Northwestern University. He then completed a Knee
and Sports Medicine Fellowship at Louisiana State University.
Dr. Logue serves on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Bone
& Joint Institute, LLC., and the Midwest Orthopaedic Network.
Certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American
Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, he is a member of the American Academy
of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Lake County Medical Society. And,
he is the Head Team Physician for the Chicago Wolves and is a team
physician for Zion Benton High School and Waukegan Community High
School sports teams.
Dr. Logue and his wife, Rose, have three children, Ellen,
Margaret, and Natalie. |
